  • Are the rules and regulations to cover the following written down in a clear, comprehensible fashion?
  • Are these things being handled according to government regulations?
  • Application Forms.
  • Separation Forms.
  • Individual records.
  • Holiday pay.
  • Are the funds involved going straight into the appropriate trust accounts?
  • Have to policies allowed for both full, and part-time staff?
  • Are the conditions at work ones I would want for myself?
  • Are team members being treated in a secretive fashion with under-the-table understandings, or are lines of communication open, honest, and above board?
  • Is management flexible, conscious of the fact they are dealing with humans?
  • Are the benefits competitive and are there incentives built in?
  • Are the duties and responsibilities in this area clearly defined and assigned?
  • Do I have policies and procedures in place that will work for me?
