Job costing/Systems analysis
- Has each job been studied on its own, and have the profit/loss margins been calculated?
- Has a budget been drawn up and analyzed for each job?
- Is the company aware of all the government permits, rules, and regulations applying to each job? Is current technology utilized to its fullest advantage?
- Has a study been made on how my business systems flow with one another?
- Is there a policy and procedures manual? If not, would one serve me well in the future?
- Are bottlenecks continually searched for and cleaned up if any are found?
- Is a continual plan for success engaged in?
- Is the company up on industry trends, both current and future?
- Is your business client driven? Are your clients special?
- Do your clients get the same treatment as they received when they first met you?
- Has the company created policies and procedures for evaluating special projects that will prevent serious financial difficulties?
