  • Does the company have an active Business "living plan?" If not, should time be taken to build one?
  • Does the company have a clear focus, mission statement, and purpose for existing?
  • Does the company maximize its competitive edge in the job market by setting up flexible conditions making it easy for people of diverse faiths to work for the company?
  • Are communication lines open making it easy to recognize the needs of different religious choices in the workplace? (i.e. different holidays)
  • Is there a policy and procedures manual? If not, would one serve me well in the future?
  • Do I have a clear mission statment?
  • Do I have policies and procedures in place that will maximize harmony and effectiveness?
