• How much of the year is the electric heat in use?
• Has a deposit been paid for new services and how long does the hydro company intend to keep it?
• Is style of billing the most beneficial for the company?
• Are the duties and responsibilities in this area clearly defined and assigned?
• Do I have policies and procedures in place that will work for me?
