  • How are long distance charges monitored? Am I dealing with a company that provides discounts?

  • Purchasing or renting; which is most economical for the company's stability?
  • Is the business paying for cellular telephones, special fax phone lines, or fax equipment it doesn't really need?
  • Are the duties and responsibilities in this area clearly defined and assigned?
