- What are the categories of the company's management objectives, and are all the areas covered?
- Is there a feedback system in place allowing me to modify the company's objectives based on their results and effectiveness?
- Is the feedback data adequately analyzed?
- Is the system working because people can work comfortably within the system or because people must short-circuit the system to be effective?
- What direction is the business heading in? What can be done to help it grow faster in the direction it is inclined to go?
- Am I asking my accountant/advisor to take responsibilities or am I accepting them?
- Are the duties and responsibilities in this area clearly defined and assigned?
- Do I have policies and procedures in place that will work for me?
